Visa Request

Visitors from certain countries need a visa to enter India. You can obtain a formal invitation letter from the organisers.  

All applicants for visas are required to have an invitation letter from the Indian authorities. The organisers will coordinate and forward the information of the application to the Indian authorities for issuing the invitation letter. Upon receipt of the visa authorization, the applicant is required to present his/her passport, a recent photograph, a completed visa application form and forward this to the local Indian Embassy or consulate for completion of the formalities.

By air

By road

Tourist Taxi
Rates vary according to the car.
Imported Cars: Rs. 1500/- for 8 hrs or 80 km, extra Rs. 15/- per km or Rs. 100/- per hour.

Metered taxi
Rs. 13 for first 1.6 km. Additional fare to be paid as per tariff, card available with the driver.

Auto Rickshaw
Rs. 9 for first 1.6 km. Additional fare to be paid as per tariff, card available with the driver.

Rates are subject to vary. You are advised to check with the respective transport services to confirm the rate card.
